Dr. David Roadcup is the Executive Director of the Center for Church Advancement and a professor at Cincinnati Christian University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has been in ministry for over 40 years. Besides youth ministries, senior/preaching ministries and college/seminary teaching through the years, Dr. Roadcup has authored numerous articles and three books. He has spoken in 37 states and 5 foreign countries. As one of the founding members of the men's ministry - Promise Keepers - he served on the Board of Directors for 11 years. In 2001, he was on the summer P.K. Men's Conference Speaking Team. In addition to his wide-spread ministry to the Church and teaching classes at CCU, he is presently on the Board of Directors of Christ in Youth in Joplin, Missouri (C.I.Y.) and the Board of Directors of Christian Arabic Services (C.A.S.). He has been married to Karen for 40 years. Dave and Karen have two daughters, one son-in-law and three grandchildren. Dave's great passion is discipling believers and helping Christians grow to deeper levels in their personal walk with Jesus Christ.
Bill Bravard, Ph.D. Assistant Director
Bill Bravard brings to CCA over fifty years of ministry experience; the first eighteen years were in located ministries working with churches of various sizes. During the last portion of these years, he completed a Ph.D. in Adult Education at Indiana University . He was then called to be Academic Dean of Atlanta Christian College . During his ten years there he also led in planting two new churches and “raising two others from the dead.” In 1980 he came to Cincinnati Bible Seminary to work with Dr. Joe Ellis in the Practical Ministries department, creating innovative programs for the graduate curriculum. Since coming to the Cincinnati area, Dr. Bravard has continued to stay close to local churches through interim ministries as well as consulting with ministers and other church leaders. His love of church planting has continued as he has served as secretary of The Loftis Foundation for the last ten years. During the earlier years the Foundation helped to start new churches in the USA . In more recent years many of the grants have gone to help train new church planters overseas. Bill has been married to Betty over fifty years and they have two grown children and one grandson.

DJ (David Joseph). Together they have served the Lord in the military,
in business, through church ministry and by sharing their lives with
four awesome kids ~ 2 college-age sons and 2 daughters still at home. “Being a part of the CCA is
